Aurasius Store Inc Return Policy

Aurasius Store Inc operates Aurasius Store Inc values its relationship with you and offers you the option to return most hardware and software (collectively, “Product, Products”) purchased directly from

      • No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. We accept no responsibility for products returned without an RMA number. Any return without an approved RMA will be considered an unauthorized return and no credit will be issued and Aurasius Store Inc will not ship the product back to you.
      • Prior to shipping, an order can be cancelled anytime, and a refund will be issued to the same payment method.
      • Once the order is shipped, you may return Products within 30 days from the date of invoice and Aurasius Store Inc will issue you a refund or a store credit of the original price paid less shipping charges and any applicable restocking fees. You are responsible for shipping charges and risk of loss on all return shipments. If the Product does not meet the requirements of the return policy below, the Product is considered accepted by you and not returnable.
      • Special conditions apply to bundled purchases, coupons, special offers or during a promotion.
Promotional Products

Bundled items, including free items, buy 1 get 1 offers, gift card offers, etc. must all be returned together and meet the standard return policy in order to be refunded or exchanged. If a coupon, discount, or special offer was part of the original order, the amount will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • You cannot return software except if it is an operating system (OS) or a software installed by Aurasius Store Inc on a product you are returning.
  • You cannot return custom configured products, special ordered products, discontinued Products, Products for which manufacturers do not accept returns, closeouts and some refurbished products, opened software, OEM Software, Subscriptions and Hard drives.
  • For volume discounts, unless it is stated in an agreement with Aurasius Store Inc Products purchased cannot be returned.
  • Aurasius Store Inc reserves the right to deny any returns in circumstances involving repeated returns, violation of the Aurasius Store Inc policies, or other impermissible activity.
Restocking Fees:

Aurasius Store Inc will not charge a restocking fee if the product you are returning is defective or you must return a product because of Aurasius Store Inc error. In all other cases you must pay for the return shipping and Aurasius Store Inc may charge a restocking fee of 15% of the price you paid for the product excluding shipping and sales taxes.

Replacement Policy

All products must be received by Aurasius Store Inc or manufacturer/distributor before a replacement is shipped.

Nonrefundable Charges & Return Shipping

Labor, installation services and shipping charges are nonrefundable. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges; therefore, all returns must be shipped prepaid. Aurasius Store Inc recommends that you send your return via a trackable service with appropriate insurance. Aurasius Store Inc is not responsible for lost packages.

Defective/Dead on Arrival (DOA) Products

DOA products must be reported to Aurasius Store Inc at (800) 931-6088 within the first 30 days of date of invoice. If deemed by Aurasius Store Inc to be defective, it may be repaired or replaced at Aurasius Store Inc or manufacturer/distributor sole discretion and we will send you the shipping label to return the defective/dead product at no cost to you. Some manufacturers and publishers require DOAs to be handled directly with the manufacturer, and in these cases, we will provide the contact information and the shipping label at no cost to you. DOA returns that prove through testing not to be defective are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. After 30 days from the invoice date, the manufacturer's warranty process must be followed.

Damaged Products

From time to time, damage during shipping may occur. Packages with obvious damage should be refused upon delivery. If the package is accepted, then any damage should be immediately reported to the driver before leaving your premises. Any hidden or internal damage to any product must be reported to Aurasius Store Inc at (800) 931-6088 within the 3 days of receipt to arrange for a carrier inspection and return of the damaged Products. Please save the product, the shipping box and all manufacturer packaging. Timely receipt of this information is necessary for Aurasius Store Inc to file a damage claim. Failure to notify Aurasius Store Inc of damage within this time period will be deemed an acceptance of the product.

Refused Orders

All refused orders (for reasons other than shipping damage) will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable if shipment is refused at the time of delivery. In addition, refused orders will be subject to additional shipping charges to cover the cost of returning the products to Aurasius Store Inc.

Packaging of Returns

All returns, defective or otherwise, must be 100% complete, contain all original boxes and packing material, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer's packaging, contain all blank warranty cards, accessories, and documentation provided by the manufacturer. Aurasius Store Inc will refuse any return of items missing UPC codes.

Opened and Used Products (Unsealed)

Due to Manufacturer requirements, we are unable to offer returns for opened and used products. However at Aurasius Store Inc discretion the return of some open and used products by you, or products not in new condition will be accepted and assessed additional restocking fees depending on condition and Aurasius Store Inc's ability to remarket the returned product.

Manufacturer Warranty

All repairs and replacements will be handled directly through the manufacturer and manufacturer's warranty process must be followed. Manufacturer’s warranties vary by Product. Extended warranties & protection are available on Aurasius Store Inc directly from select manufacturers. Manufacturer warranty information is subject to change without notice.

Product Exchanges

Product exchanges are accepted on case by case basis at the sole discretion of Aurasius Store Inc.
